Boost your child’s Eleven Plus algebra skills with this new app available for iPhone and iPod touch! 11+ Algebra supports your childs preparation for two of the more challenging mathematical Eleven Plus verbal reasoning question types - anytime or anywhere on their iPhone or iPod touch.
The app is easy to use and with 200+ questions, this is the perfect accompaniment to your childs 11+ tutoring programme. Alternatively it could be used to improve general mathematical and algebra skills.
Questions are written in the same style as two of the algebra question types seen in actual Eleven Plus verbal reasoning papers. The app allows the child to select the number and type of questions to practice.
The "Letters" question type provides values for variables A to E and an equation composed of the letters before asking the child which letter corresponds to the answer,
The "Numbers" question type provides a calculations on both sides of an equation before asking the child which number replaces a question mark to make the equation balance. The screen shots below provide examples of both question types.
